Dave McNeill is the Senior Director of Staffing. After a journey including a summer mission trip with Cru to South Africa and participating in Urbana, God made it clear that Dave could use his administrative giftings to contribute to the work of Bible Translation. Dave began his first assignment with Wycliffe in 1986 and soon headed to West Africa by way of French language school. Dave has served as the field director for language work in Togo and Benin, West Africa (125 staff and children), Regional Office director in Atlanta, and as HR Director and Senior Director at Wycliffe’s US headquarters. Dave currently serves as the Staffing Director for Wycliffe overseeing a team of 30 who select, assign, and place roughly 200 members, paid-staff, volunteers and interns on an annual basis.
